RCB Bank announces the promotion of Lance Swift from loan origination trainee to assistant vice president, loan officer in RCB Bank, Claremore, Oklahoma.
Swift’s 14 year banking career started as a part-time teller. He gained a wealth of knowledge serving in various positions, including customer service representative, credit administration, special assets and loan origination trainee.
In the community, Swift volunteers for Rogers County Youth Services through their PAL mentoring program.
Born in Grove, Oklahoma, Swift is the youngest of four children and only 17 minutes younger than his twin brother. He graduated from Adair High School in 2005; he then earned an associate’s degree from Tulsa Community College and bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership from Northeastern State University.
Swift enjoys spending time with his family by watching Disney movies and attending tea parties. He resides in Claremore with his wife Hannah and their two daughters, Berklee, 3, and Finlee, 6 months.
