If you receive this notice and do not agree with your valuation, please visit, call or email us within 30 calendar days from the date on the notice to informally protest the value.
All values are based on sales, cost less depreciation, or income approaches to value.
Receipt of this notice also opens up a 30 day window for homeowners to file for the Homestead Exemption, the Additional Homestead Exemp-tion, and the Senior Valuation Limitation (Please contact the office for details).
