Three vehicles were involved in a collision on Highway 88 in Claremore around 9:40 a.m. Thursday morning.
Claremore Police Department's Deputy Chief Steve Cox said, "All three vehicles were traveling northbound. The first car stopped to turn. The second, or middle car, stopped to allow them to turn and was rear-ended by the third car."
Cox said there was a total of four people in the three vehicles.
"Three people were transported to Tulsa hospitals in stable condition," he said. "One person, the driver of the second car, was transported by Life Flight in critical condition."
Cox said the cause of the wreck was inattentive driving on the part of the third car.
From the Claremore Police Department: "Claremore Police along with multiple ambulances and fire personnel are currently working a vehicle wreck on Highway 88 near First United Methodist Church.
