NWS Tulsa reports-
•Today will be hot and humid across much of eastern Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas. There is a chance for strong to severe storms early this afternoon with additional development expected later this afternoon and evening. Damaging wind gusts and large hail will be the main threats.

•Before 11a.m. we were already seeing heat indices above 100 across eastern Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas. Be sure to drink plenty of fluids and take frequent breaks in the shade or AC.
•A Heat Advisory is in effect for much of eastern Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas until 8PM.
