PUBLISHED IN THE CLAREMORE DAILY PROGRESS, CLAREMORE, OKLAHOMA, DECEMBER 2, 2011.

INVITATION TO BID

Pursuant to the provisions of Sections 1500 to 1507, Title 19 O.S., bid for County purchases in excess of $10,000.00 are to be solicited by the County Clerk’s Purchasing Agent. The bids will be evaluated and awarded by the Board of County Commissioners at the time and date listed at the end of this invitation.

Bid #201 - UNIFORM RENTAL SERVICES

SPECIFICATIONS AND GENERAL INFORMATION:

1. Rogers County will be bidding uniform rental services and accessories for the period beginning January 1, 2012 and ending June 30, 2012. The bid will be for the fiscal year ending June 30^th with an option to renew the contract at the beginning of each fiscal year with no change in the prices.

2. Rogers County expects uniforms to be cleaned and pressed when delivered to each county location.

3. Rogers County expects that each employee that is measured for uniforms to be supplied the correct number of uniforms within 45 days of time of measurement.

4. Cancellation of services shall be exercised with 35 day notice from either lessee or lessor.

5. Prices for all uniforms and accessories shall be firm for the bid period as stated.

6. Delivery shall be on a once a week basis, to each District warehouse site, with the day of the week to be determined by the vendor.

7. The vendor shall provide a list of 3 current companies with telephone numbers and contact persons they are now providing services for.

8. All prices and information shall be submitted on the following page; any item not filled out will be considered as a “no bid “.

9. Vendor shall provide an itemized invoice at delivery, with statement

and second invoice copy sent to the Rogers County Clerk, 219 S. Missouri, Claremore, Oklahoma 74017
