NOTICE OF SALE OF LANDS UNDER EXECUTION
STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: BRENT J. CHAMBERS and JENNIFER E. CHAMBERS, husband and wife, and CITIFINANCIAL SERVICES, INC., and to all other persons claiming a lien or any interest in the property; and, to the Public.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Writ of Execution issued out of the office of the Court Clerk in and for Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, on the 7th day of December, 2011, in an action wherein 1ST BANK OKLAHOMA, was Plaintiff; BRENT J. CHAMBERS and JENNIFER E. CHAMBERS, husband and wife, were Defendants, commanding me to levy upon the property of the Defendants, BRENT J. CHAMBERS and JENNIFER E. CHAMBERS, sufficient to satisfy a judgment rendered in said action in favor of 1ST BANK OKLAHOMA, in the sum of Eighty-Four Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty-Seven and 88/100 Dollars ($84,937.88) plus a negative escrow balance of $590.05 for a total due of Eight-Five Thousand Five Hundred Twenty-Seven and 93/100 Dollars ($85,527.93) to and including February 1, 2011, until paid in full, together with interest thereon at the rate of 5.500% per annum, from and after February 1, 2011; and late charges due and uncollected in the amount of $136.75, abstracting in the amount of $450.00, reasonable attorney fees I the amount of $2,500.00, and judgment for the costs of the action, accrued or accruing.
I have levied upon certain lands and tenements belonging to said Defendants, not exempt from sale under execution, and securing said sums, to-wit:
Lot 26 in Block 2 of DENNISON’S ADDITION to the City of Claremore, Rogers County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded Plat thereof.
Property address: 519 S. Chickasaw, Claremore, OK 74017;
all situate in Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, and have duly caused said lands, tenements and appurtenances to be appraised according to law at $90,000.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that pursuant to the commands of said writ, I will offer for sale for cash to the highest bidder, said lands, tenements and appurtenances or so much as will satisfy said judgment and costs on the 26 day of January, 2012 at 10:00 o’clock a.m. of said day, at the Courtroom of Sheriff’s Office at 201 South Cherokee, City of Claremore, Rogers County, Oklahoma.
