NOTICE IS GIVEN to Cindy A. Tacker and TheronTacker wife and husband; that on October 11, 2011, at 10:00 o’clock, a.m., at the Courtroom of the Sheriff’s Office in Rogers County, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell for cash at public auction to the highest and best bidder, with appraisement, all that certain real estate in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to wit:
Lot Thirteen (13) in Block Six (6) of Lake View Estates at The Vintage, a subdivision in Section Eleven (11), Township Twenty (20) North, Fifteen (15) East of the I.B.&M., Rogers County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof. Property: 26605 Duck Pond Lane, Claremore, Oklahoma 74019
subject to taxes and tax sales, said property duly appraised at $230,000.00.
Sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Sale issued upon a judgment entered in the District Court of Rogers County, in Case No. CJ-2010-765, wherein NTex Realty, LP is Plaintiff and Cindy A. Tacker and Theron Tacker, wife and husband are Defendant(s) to satisfy said judgment in sum of $248,170.32, with interest at the rate of 6.665% per annum from June 01, 2010, until paid together with a reasonable attorney’s fee, abstracting costs and, late charges, all advances for taxes, insurance premiums, property preservation expenses, and costs of this action accrued and accruing.
