THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: SPOUSE, IF ANY, OF JOSE A. AGUILERA
TAKE NOTICE that you have been sued by Lehman Brothers Holdings, Inc., and that you must answer the Petition of said Plaintiff on file in said cause on or before the 5th day of May, 2010, or the allegations of said Petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered against you, awarding the Plaintiff a first mortgage lien upon the following described real estate situated in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to-wit:
Lot Thirty-one (31) in Block Two (2) of Lastrange Acres Second Amended, a Subdivision in Section 26, Township 21 North, Range 14 East of the I.B.&M., Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof;
for the sum of $87,319.16, with 6.50% interest per annum thereon, or as adjusted by the Note and Mortgage, from the 1st day of July, 2009, until paid; said abstract and title expense; accrued late charges in the sum of $98.58; mortgage insurance premiums to date in the sum of $101.79; miscellaneous fees and costs to date in the sum of $30.00; escrow advances if any; corporate advances if any; the further sum of a reasonable attorney’s fee, and the costs of said suit and foreclosing your interest in the property and ordering said property sold with or without appraisement as Plaintiff may elect, all of which you will take due notice.
