THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO THE DEFENDANTS AND THEIR UNKNOWN SUCCESSORS:

YOU WILL TAKE NOTICE that you and your unknown successors have been sued in the above-named Court by Reichl Holdings, LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company, in an action to quiet title in the real property described as follows:

A tract of land situated in the West Half of Section 36, Township 22 North, Range 14 East, of the Indian Meridian, Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, according to the U.S. government survey thereof, said tract being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast Corner of the Northwest Quarter (NW/4) of said Section 36; Thence S 00˚04’05” W, along the East Line of the Northwest Quarter (NW/4) of said Section 36, a distance of 1320.15 feet, to the Northeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SE/4 NW/4); Thence continuing S 00˚04’05” W, continuing along the East Line of the Northwest Quarter (NW/4) of said Section 36, a distance of 830.00 feet, to the Point of Beginning; Thence continuing S 00˚04’05” W, continuing along the East Line of the Northwest Quarter (NW/4) of said Section 36, a distance of 490.15 feet, to the Southeast corner of the Northwest Quarter (NW/4); Thence continuing S 00˚04’05”W, along the East Line of the Southwest Quarter (SW/4) of said Section 36, a distance of 1319.43 feet, to the Southeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NE/4 SW/4); Thence N 89˚55’33” W, along the South Line of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NE/4 SW/4) of said Section 36, a distance of 1319.03 feet, to the Southwest corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NE/4 SW/4) of said Section 36; Thence N 00˚06’11” E, along the West Line of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NE/4 SW/4) of said Section 36, a distance of 1319.73 feet, to the Northwest corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NE/4 SW/4) of said Section 36; Thence continuing N 00˚06’11” E, along the West Line of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SE/4 NW/4) of said Section 36, a distance of 890.09 feet; Thence S 89˚54’55” E, parallel with the North Line of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SE/4 NW/4) of said Section 36, a distance of 422.00 feet; Thence S 00˚06’11” W, parallel with the West Line of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SE/4 NW/4) of said Section 36, a distance of 143.00 feet; Thence S 89˚54’55” E, parallel with the North Line of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SE/4 NW/4) of said Section 36, a distance of 208.71 feet; Thence S 00˚06’11” W, parallel with the West Line of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SE/4 NW/4) of said Section 36, a distance of 257.00 feet; Thence S 89˚54’55” E, parallel with the North Line of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SE/4 NW/4) of said Section 36, a distance of 687.22 feet, to a point on the East line of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 36 and the Point of Beginning.

That the Plaintiff alleges that Defendant The Webster Drilling Co., Inc., if existing, and if dissolved, its officers, successors, administrators, trustees and assigns, immediate and remote, known and unknown, and each of them, may claim some right, title, interest or estate in the Property adverse to Plaintiff which constitutes a cloud upon Plaintiff’s title by virtue of those instruments propounded in Plaintiff’s Petition filed herein and incorporated by reference.

Unless you answer the Petition to quiet title on or before January 2, 2011, a decree quieting title to the above-described real Property will be entered in favor of the Plaintiff.
