NOTICE IS GIVEN to Michael S. Gilliland; Penni D. Gilliland; John Doe, Occupant; Citifinancial Services, Inc.; State of Oklahoma ex rel Oklahoma Tax Commission that on April 21, 2011, at 10:00 o’clock, a.m., in the Court Room located at the Sheriff’s Office at 201 S. Cherokee, in Claremore, Rogers County, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell for cash at public auction to the highest and best bidder, with appraisement, all that certain real estate in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to wit:

Sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Sale issued upon a judgment entered in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ-2010-703, wherein PHH Mortgage Corporation fka Cendant Mortgage Corporation is Plaintiff and Michael S. Gilliland and Penni D. Gilliland is/are Defendant(s) to satisfy said judgment in the sum of $59,499.61 together with interest at 6.875% per annum from July 1, 2009, including late charges, $1,800.00 for attorney’s fee, $225.00 advances for title search, taxes insurance, property preservation and all costs of this action accrued and accruing.
