NOTICE IS GIVEN to Troy Duane Hammond, Jr.; Spouse, if any of Troy Duane Hammond, Jr.; Delainya Hammond; Spouse, if any of Delainya Hammond; John Doe, Occupant that on February 27, 2014, at 10:00 o’clock, a.m., in the Court Room located at the Sheriff’s Office at 201 S. Cherokee in Claremore, Rogers County, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell for cash at public auction to the highest and best bidder, with appraisement, all that certain real estate in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to wit:
LOT 8 OF HICKORY CREEK, A SUBDIVISION IN SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 22 NORTH, RANGE 14 EAST OF THE I.B.&M., ROGERS COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF

subject to taxes and tax sales, said property being duly appraised at $75,000.00
Sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Sale issued upon a judgment entered in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ-2013-171, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, not in its individual capacity, but solely as Trustee on behalf of the One William Street REMIC Trust 2012-1 is Plaintiff and Troy Duane Hammond, Jr. is/are Defendant(s) to satisfy said judgment in the sum of $91,792.17 together with interest at 6% per annum from May 1, 2011, including late charges, $1,800.00 for attorney’s fee, $490.00 advances for title search, taxes, insurance, property preservation and all costs of this action accrued and accruing.
