NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION, APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE AND DETERMINATION OF HEIRSHIP

Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the Estate of Jessie Lee Lock, deceased, that on the 4th day of March, 2011, there was filed with this Court the Petition of Patricia A. Dennis praying that Letters of Administration be issued to Patricia A. Dennis, as Personal Representative of the Estate, to serve without bond, and for a judicial determination of the heirs of decedent.

Pursuant to an Order of this Court made on the 4th day of March, 2011, notice is given that the 28th day of March, 2011, at 9:00 o’clock A.M., is the day and time that the Petition will be heard in the District Courtroom in the Rogers County Courthouse, 219 South Missouri Street, Claremore, Oklahoma, and all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
