ORDER and NOTICE OF HEARING TO ADOPT WITHOUT CONSENT; and ORDER and NOTICE of FINAL DECREE HEARING AND PERMISSION TO PUBLISH SAME
The State of Oklahoma to: Regina Hiott, Robert Creamer, Mark Elam, Marcus Lopez and any other unknown biological Father of either child so listed above.
You are notified that Stanley Inman and Barbara Inman, who have been the caregivers of the children for more than the last fifteen months, have filed a Petition before the above named Court, praying that they be allowed to adopt the minors named in the caption hereof without your consent, and for adoption. That the current location of the above listed parents is currently unknown to the petitioners.
Take notice that the Application to determine your consent not necessary for the completion of this adoption is on file with the Clerk of this Court; that a copy of the Application is filed with the Clerk of the Court herein, and that, among other things, it is alleged in the Application that:
a. Pursuant to 10 O.S. § 7505-4.2 (B)(1), you have wholly failed to provide any support for the minors for more than one year next preceding the filing of this Petition as ordered in the divorce case above referenced; [and/or]
b. Pursuant to 10 O.S.§7505-4.2(l) in that you have willfully failed to maintain significant relationship with minors for a period of twelve (12) out of the last fourteen (14) months immediately preceding the filing of this petition;
and, therefore, your consent to the adoption is not necessary, and that petitioners are proper parties to adopt.
A hearing on the Application to determine whether your consent to the adoption is necessary is set for 4:00 pm o’clock; on the 21st day of November, 2006, in the third floor District Courtroom of Judge Dynda Post in the County Courthouse of Rogers County at 219 S. Missouri St., in the City of Claremore, State of Oklahoma and then if the petitioners are successful;
The Final Decree Hearing on the Petition is set for 4:00 pm o’clock, on the 21st day of December, 2006, in the third floor District Courtroom of Judge Dynda Post, in the County Courthouse of Rogers County at 219 S. Missouri St., in the City of Claremore, State of Oklahoma.
YOU ARE, THEREFORE, NOTIFIED THAT THE COURT WILL HEAR EVIDENCE IN SUPPORT OF AND IN OPPOSITION TO THE GRANTING OF THE APPLICATION AT THE TIME AND PLACE ABOVE SHOWN WHERE YOU WILL HAVE THE RIGHT TO BE PRESENT AND AN OPPORTUNITY TO BE HEARD AT SAID TIME AND PLACE INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO OBJECT TO THE ADOPTION OF YOUR CHILDREN. YOUR FAILURE TO APPEAR AT THIS HEARING SHALL CONSTITUTE A DENIAL OF YOUR INTEREST IN YOUR CHILDREN WHICH DENIAL MAY RESULT, WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE OF THIS PROCEEDING OR ANY SUBSEQUENT PROCEEDINGS, IN YOUR CHILDREN’S ADOPTION WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT THEREBY ULTIMATELY TERMINATING YOUR RIGHTS TO YOUR CHILDREN IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA.
