PUBLISHED IN THE CLAREMORE DAILY PROGRESS, CLAREMORE, OKLAHOMA, JANUARY 26, 2014.

Pursuant to Title 19, O.S. Section 866. 1 to 866.36 a public hearing will be held by the City of Claremore-Rogers County Metropolitan Area Planning Commission, This hearing will be held TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 18, 2014, at 4:00 p.m. in the Claremore City Hall Complex, 104 South Muskogee, Claremore, Oklahoma to hear the application of Harley Jr. & Dorthy Swan to rezone the following described property, to-wit:

LEGAL: The E/2 NW/4 SW/4 SE/4 and the W/2 NE/4 SW/4 SE/4 and the E/2 SW/4 SW/4 SE/4 and the W/2 SE/4 SW/4 SE/4 of Section 10, Township 21 North, Range 16 East of the I.B. & M., according to the U.S. Government Survey thereof, LESS AND EXCEPT that portion deed to the State of Oklahoma, Department of Transportation, filed in Book 1319, Page 540 of the record of the County Clerk, Rogers County, Oklahoma

LESS and Except beginning 16 1/2 feet North of the Southwest Corner of the SE/4 of SW/4 of Section 10, Township 21 North, Range 16 East, thence East parallel to Section line 2640 feet more or less to point 16 1/2 feet North of SE corner of SW/4 of SE/4 of Section 10, thence North 16 1/2 feet, thence West parallel to Section line 2045 feet, thence North 45 feet, thence West to West line of SE/4 of SW/4 of Section 10, thence South 61 1/2 feet to the point of beginning.
