Pursuant to Title 11, O.S. a public hearing will be held by the City of Catoosa Board of Adjustment on, FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 7, 2014, at 6:00 P.M. in the City Hall Complex, 214 S. Cherokee, Catoosa, Oklahoma to hear the application of: CATOOSA HILLS, LLC, has applied for A VARIANCE PERMIT FROM THE CATOOSA ZONING CODE IN A CG ZONING DISTRICT. CBOA-2014-06

Request:

Variance of the allowable display surface area of a ground sign to allow a 245s/f sign (Sec. 907.E.3.a.1) and a Variance of the Catoosa Hills Design Guidelines for sign height, display surface area, and location (Sec. V.B – CHDG).
