Oklahoma is gearing up to go back to school and that means one thing — the State’s tax free weekend is right around the corner.

Commonly called tax-free weekend, the 2019 Oklahoma sales tax holiday is set for Friday, Aug. 2, at 12:01 a.m., through Sunday, Aug. 4, at midnight. During this time period, the state sales tax of 4.5 percent will not be collected on clothing and footwear priced less than $100.
