The 2020 season might’ve not gone as planned for Oologah football — losing two games to cancellation and finishing with a 3-6 record — but it managed to land five players on the 4A-3 All-District team, as well as three honorable mentions.
Kole Franklin was the highlight of the list, earning himself a spot among the Offensive Linemen of the Year. He played a key role in helping the Mustangs pick up wins over Miami, Catoosa and Cleveland.
Elsewhere, Devon Ankerich was named to the Special Recognition category while Chance Baumann, Wade Bright and Blake Salt earned spots on the All-District team for their contributions.
Nathan Langbehn, Cade Reidle and Isaiah Ryan were Honorable Mention selections.
