The residents of Rogers County will have plenty of nearby options to attend the regional volleyball playoffs this week.
Inola gets things started Wednesday and will be a host for the first time in school history in the process. The Class 4A sixth-ranked Longhorns face Berryhill at 3 p.m.
Oologah will be in the second semifinal against Heritage Hall at 4:30 p.m. The championship match will be at 6 p.m.
Class 4A third-ranked Verdigris hosts on Thursday. The Lady Cardinals start the action against Tulsa Webster at 11 a.m. Skitaook then faces Wagoner at 12:30 p.m. The final is at 2 p.m.
Sequoyah will be the 2-seed in the Class 3A regional at Oklahoma Union on Thursday. The No. 13 Eagles will square off against Yale in the semifinals at 4:30 p.m.
The top seed and fourth-ranked Cougars face Sperry in the other semifinal at 3 p.m. The winners will play at 6 p.m.
Catoosa will host a 4A regional on Friday. The seventh-ranked Indians face McLain in the first semifinal at noon.
Bethany and John Marshall play at 1:30 p.m. in the second semifinal. The title match will be at 3 p.m.
