Verdigris also showcased its baseball talent, with two players making the Class 4A East All-Star team.

Jax Ryan and Reese Roller demonstrated their exceptional skills on the field, contributing to the Cardinals’ successful season. However, despite finishing with an impressive overall record of 22-11 and a perfect 12-0 in District 4A-5, the team surprisingly missed the state tournament for the first time since 2009.

Meanwhile, Oologah had two players, Adam Earnhardt and Teagin Nelson, named to the Class 4A East All-Star team.

The Mustangs had an excellent season, finishing with a record of 25-13 overall and 10-3 in District 4A-7, earning them a second-place finish.
